2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Creator Responsibilities
  • Creators must not use the platform for illegal, harmful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Creators are responsible for the content they publish and share.
  • Creators must comply with local laws regarding income declaration and taxation.
4. Supporter Responsibilities
  • Supporters must ensure payment information is accurate and authorized.
  • All support payments are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Supporters may not use the platform to harass, spam or abuse creators.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
  • Creator platform subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.
  • Exclusive memberships are billed at rates set by the creator.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store card details.
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before renewal.
6. Exclusive Membership
  • Exclusive membership benefits are determined by the creator.
  • Membership access is granted after payment approval.
  • Members may receive renewal reminders before expiration.
7. Content & Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content to Creator Support Platform, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute it within the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities
  • Spamming or abusing the sticker and gift system.
  • Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or platform security.
  • Sharing offensive, illegal or copyrighted content without authorization.
9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Creator Support Platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
